Downtown Team
Rex Barrett
Lead Pastor Frontline Downtown – Elder
Rex leads the Downtown team and loves, lives, works, and plays in Oklahoma City. During his free time he enjoys shooting pictures, collecting comic books, and organizing volunteer events. He’s been married to Lanie for 15 years and, with her, made the two best kids in the world (in his humble yet accurate opinion).
David Adair
Pastor of Care – Elder
David leads the care ministry at Frontline which includes the membership process, biblical counseling & care, and church discipline. He is also part of the eldership team and takes part in preaching and teaching at the downtown congregation. Dave’s been married to his best friend, Anna, since 2005. They’ve got two kiddos, Jubilee & Anderson. For fun he loves hanging out with the family at one of many beautiful parks around OKC and playing bocce ball.
Brian Elliott
Administrative Pastor – Elder
Brian Elliott received his M.Div in 2003 and has been involved in pastoring for many years. His family lived and ministered in Cambodia where they were involved in church-planting, vocational training, and the establishment of an orphanage that continues to this day. He continues to travel to Cambodia and also to Haiti to minister and help equip missionaries and nationals in the arena of power healing and intercessory prayer. Brian has been involved with Frontline Church since 2010 and oversees our administration and missions efforts. He is also the Assistant Director of the Pathways School of Ministry. He has been married to his wonderful wife Myrna for the past 27 years and they have four awesome older children!
Justin Coffee
Community Director
He has been married to his best friend and the love of his life Courtney for 14 years and together they have the 4 most beautiful and incredible kids breathing air in Oklahoma City (despite what other staff members might claim). Justin is a disciple of Christ Jesus that offers that same grace that he has been afforded, and has finally found a place to use his gifts of teaching and worship by following God’s calling here to Frontline Church in January of 2012. Justin oversees and directs the community groups, serves as one of the worship leaders, and teaches in both Pathways and Pre-marital classes here at Frontline.
Will Gaines
Youth Director
Will Gaines started leading worship in a youth group at the age of 15 and has been a part of worship leadership since. He started working with youth when he moved to Oklahoma city in 2004. He graduated with a degree in theology from Mid America Christian university in 2010. He works for Youth for Christ and does high school clubs during the week.
Matthew Burrell
Evening Service Director
Matthew had been at Frontline since the Spring of 2010. In that time he has worked his way through multiple roles. His current assignment is that of Sunday night service coordinator. He has a heart for equipping the body of believers (individually, corporately, and city wide) to hear The Lord, pray for the sick, and live the Christian life as found in Scripture both inside and outside the four walls of the church.
Caleb and Roxanne Foster
Kid’s Director
Caleb and Roxanne are lovers of Jesus, because He alone offers freedom from the bonds of sin. They met at church camp at age 16, and the rest – as they say – is history. They have been married five years and have recently become parents to the most perfect child ever in existence, Scarlette Grace.
Caleb has a degree in Biblical Studies and years of experience with youth. Roxanne’s talents lie more in organizational and administrative roles and she holds a degree in Finance. Caleb and Roxanne have a heart for people, travel, and good food. Together with their talents, they are excited to serve and lead the children, parents, and volunteers at Frontline.
Tara Luse
Nursery Director
Tara has a great love for children and deep desire to foster within them a genuine relationship with Christ. Having a degree in Special Education with various certifications including early childhood, she realizes that reaching every child on their level is of utmost importance. Tara believes strongly in Proverbs 22:6, “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.“ She and her husband Mat and daughter Hadley live on the north side of Oklahoma City. Their family is eagerly expecting the arrival of their son in May 2013.
Mary Burger
Office Administrator
Been married 15 years. We have 2 Great Kids and a couple of sweet critters. I am a Downtown OKC native. And looking forward to moving back into the downtown area to a 100 yr. old family home. I love spending time with my family and our two dogs (can’t tell I’m a dog person). We have been at Frontline since 2010 and loving the path God has set before us. I enjoy visiting with others about their gifting and the desires they have.
